Terms of Service

Early software

Kengo is early software. Things break. Models change behavior. Features disappear and reappear. By using the product you accept the standard tradeoffs of working with software that is being actively built — mostly excitement, occasionally inconvenience.

What we promise

  • Core workspace database records use the region selected for the workspace: Frankfurt for EU workspaces and a US Neon region for US workspaces. Other processors may handle limited data in other locations as explained in the privacy policy.
  • OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and are not included in exports. Integration content needed for a requested workflow may be sent to the selected model processor; OAuth credentials are not model input.
  • Every agent action that touches an external tool is recorded as a trace you can inspect.
  • You can export your data and delete your workspace any time from /settings/account.
  • Support requests can be sent to support@trykengo.com.

What we don't promise

  • No uptime SLA. We'll publish a status page at /status and a kill switch the founder can flip in under sixty seconds, but early software doesn't come with five-nines.
  • No warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose. The agent drafts; you decide what ships.
  • No indemnity for losses caused by the software. If the agent drafts a wrong email and you send it, that's your call to send.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kengo to:

  • Spam, harass, or deceive recipients of automated messages.
  • Process data you don't have authorization to process (your customers' PII, your employer's confidential data without permission, etc.).
  • Attempt to extract model weights, prompt-inject across tenants, or otherwise abuse the agent runtime. Workspace tenancy is the boundary; we treat attacks against it seriously.
  • Run the product on behalf of children under 16 without explicit guardian consent (EU GDPR floor).

We reserve the right to pause workspaces that abuse the acceptable-use rules. Pauses are reversible by emailing support@trykengo.com.

Billing

Plan pricing, trial terms, and billing interval are shown inside the product before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from billing settings; cancellation takes effect according to the checkout and billing-portal terms shown to you.

Termination

You can terminate any time by deleting your workspace at /settings/account. Soft-delete is immediate. Automated hard deletion is not currently active; contact support to request irreversible deletion. We can terminate your access if you abuse the acceptable-use rules or fail to pay (once billing exists); we'll send 30 days' written notice except in cases of active abuse.

Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid in the trailing twelve months. Some jurisdictions don't allow this cap — in those, the cap is whatever the local minimum allows.

Governing law

EU operators: governed by Irish law; disputes in Dublin. US operators: governed by Delaware law; disputes in New Castle County. We'll meet you wherever you are.
